01. The Challenge & Our Work
O Our client was looking for a way to optimise the company employee’s work. A natural idea for a solution was a mobile application that could facilitate the work of the employee. The app that we developed became a one-stop solution that saved time each day not only when facing customers and gathering important data but also for data processing afterwards. A lot of communication on the line employee-manager, employee-partner, as well as employee-customer was cut back and we have seen an incredible decrease in the time spent on that category of tasks that the business required to run smoothly. After implementing the app there was a clear process so everybody stayed in the loop and knew what to do exactly when. Full transparency was another benefit and the fact the information that got onto the system was ready to be seen by manager and the owners of the company.
